This Husaberg FE400 Front Brake Master assembly is a complete factory part. It’s what the pros use, like Factory Red Bull KTM and more!

What’s included with this Complete SXS Factory Husaberg FE400 Front Master Cylinder?

  • Lighter 280 Gram Brembo Front Brake Master Cylinder Assembly.
  • Now includes our Titanium bolts like bar mount, cap screws, & banjo bolts.
  • 19mm pull Brembo Brake Lever- Lever replacements .
  • 9mm Piston and Seals.
  • Handlebar Perch.
  • Everything’s included and assembled, just like in the pictures.
  • We recommend pairing it with the 24-mm caliper below to match the lighter pistons on this master.
  • Japanese bikes – Brembo Works Front Caliper.
  • European models- SXS Front Caliper – Titanium Pistons.

    now that i can afford the best I went all out on my fe501 track build bike. pared with the billet caliper and titanium pistons there is not a chance I’m over heating this kit at the next glen helen 6 hour gp!

hi im looking to upgrade my front master cylinder on my 1990 cr500 for the Brembo Brake Upgrade – Factory Front Master Swap and i just want to know whether the as3 brake line that i have will fit the new master or will i need a new brake line to go with this also this is going to be mounted to the standard nissin caliper will this work dylan asked on December 28, 2023

Will need the matching brembo caliper, yes we have asv options and any brake line will work either.

G'Day Mate, I didn't actualy end up with this master cylinder but I will say the AS3 brake lines are my favorit line as they are so adjustible. I have them on my track bike (Road) and on the dirt bike. You should be able to get them to fit though you will have to think out side the box when you fit them as the connection for the line maybe in a different location from the O.E.M. one. The photo shows the master cylidetr fitting is off the side while what I had original was fitted from the back, as the AS3 cable end can be adjusted to any angle (Not fixted) you should able to get it to fit. What I did was loosely fit the banjo with the offset/bend facing the direction of the ridder then rotated it back again behind all the cables so it would not conflict with cables or obstruct the dash placing the brake pressure switch after the banjor as to seal the end rotated down below the bar to keep the routing of the switch as neat as possible. Of course you can measure a custom cable that would bend 90 degrees in-front of the number plate if there is no head light but if you have a head light this may cause a conflict. I personal found the O.E.M. cable langht worked out well with the AS3 adjustable end.

Hi I have a set of Honda 2020 450R Forks(showa 49mm) with the triple tree. I'd like a stock Nissin 11mm master cylinder but with the brake switch. What do I order? Thanks Mike Mike Wade asked on March 23, 2021

Hi, only our Brembo's have brake switches, so any Brembo we sell will have a switch none of the Nissin masters will have such.
