OEM Dirt Bike Parts Shipping Policy
Below is the shipping policy for items ordered from our store:
We offer FREE shipping to addresses in the continental United States (all states except Hawaii and Alaska, and excluding U.S. Territories of Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands).
Orders shipped to addresses that are not within the continental United States will be subject to an added shipping cost. Since this cost varies depending on the item being shipped, you will see the added shipping cost (if applicable) when reviewing your order on the Cart or Checkout pages. To view your Cart at any time, click the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of the page.
We process orders as quickly as possible – mostly, they’re processed immediately, as soon as they are made on our website. However, please understand that certain items may take a little more time than others to process and ship, so there is often a bit of a lead time before your order can ship. An order may ship anywhere from 3 to 10 business days from the time the order was placed. Shipping may take an additional 1 to 7 shipping days, depending on the destination.
Note: a “business day” includes Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping To P.O. Boxes or APO (Military) Addresses
Orders to these addresses may take an additional 3-5 business days to arrive due to additional processing at the receiving facility. Please be advised that oversized orders may not be allowed at the receiving facility, so please inquire before placing your order.
Changing Your Shipping Info or Cancelling Your Order
If you need to change your shipping information or cancel your order, please do so immediately. We can only change this information or cancel your order while the order is still in the early stages of processing.
Orders Damaged In Transit
Most manufacturers have their own warranty policies. OEM Dirt Bike Parts does not offer warranties. If your merchandise is under manufacturer warranty and you want to return your item because of a defect in the item that is not caused by normal wear or due to misuse, you can apply the terms of the warranty and return the item directly to the manufacturer. If you need help reaching out to a manufacturer, contact us for help.
If your order arrives damaged in transit, please notify us immediately. Take pictures of the damaged item and keep all original shipping packages/containers. You can handle the claim for the damaged item with the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, OnTrac). If you need help, contact us.
