OEM Dirt Bike Parts Shipping Policy
Below is the shipping policy for items ordered from our store:
Shipping Policy
We offer FREE shipping to addresses in the continental United States (all states except Hawaii and Alaska, and excluding U.S. Territories of Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands).
Orders shipped to addresses that are not within the continental United States will be subject to an added shipping cost. Taxes are not included on Imports to other countries.
All of OEMdirtibikeparts products are custom ordered/built to spec for each order which takes time — a 2 week minimum in many cases and as much as 60 days in some cases. Use the rush shipping option on the checkout page for the quickest service, but note this does not guarantee shipment within a particular timeframe. Note that we also maintain a strict no-return, no-cancellation, no-refund policy (see our Returns Policy) except where items are defective or damaged in transit.
Note: a “business day” includes Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping To P.O. Boxes or APO (Military) Addresses
Orders to these addresses may take an additional 3-5 business days to arrive due to additional processing at the receiving facility. Please be advised that oversized orders may not be allowed at the receiving facility, so please inquire before placing your order.
Orders Damaged In Transit
Most manufacturers have their own warranty policies. OEM Dirt Bike Parts does not offer warranties. If your merchandise is under manufacturer warranty and you want to return your item because of a defect in the item that is not caused by normal wear or due to misuse, you can apply the terms of the warranty and return the item directly to the manufacturer. If you need help reaching out to a manufacturer, contact us by replying to your Order Confirmation email (make sure the Order # is in the subject line of your reply).
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged in transit, please notify us immediately. Take pictures of the damaged item and keep all original shipping packages/containers. You can handle the claim for the damaged item with the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, OnTrac). If you need help, contact us:
