Yamaha 2024 TW200 Titanium Sprocket Bolt ki:
With this trick kit, the dirt bike sprocket bolts will never come loose again, as this is a common issue we’ve seen with many OEM and aftermarket sprocket bolt kits!
This Yamaha 2024 TW200 Sprocket mounting kit includes an added Lock Nut and Torx Head for improved clamping power and lessening the chance of a loose sprocket! This Titanium Rear Wheel Drive Hardware is 40% stiffer and 45% lighter than steel, which helps Lighten the rotating mass and add a more robust rear sprocket mounting.
With this 8mm locking nut and Torx T45 head kit. We recommend a blue or medium lock tight to eliminate loose sprocket bolts. Further, add five more pounds of torque than the manufacturer’s recommended spec. Yes, these bolts can take the stress.
Why our Alloy blend Titanium for your Yamaha 2024 TW200?
- Never rusts
- With 95% titanium, & the 5% proprietary alloy blend. This allows for a light flex, resulting in a stronger metal overall compared to commonly sold titanium bolts that will break easily from minute cracking compared to bending like steel, so this light flex eliminates this common issue with titanium dirt bike hardware.
- Tighter tolerance torque specs
- Almost half the weight
- Stiffens the chassis.
- People love the PVD coated color!
What Yamaha 2024 TW200 Bolts & nylon thread nuts are included per order?
- 3-6 Torx head bolts allow more torque than Allen heads.
- 3-6 Nylon thread-locking nuts: We’ll send the number of bolts your bike comes stock with!
- Still, we recommend applying medium Loctite with any sprocket install.

The Allen head button bolt size is not metric. Its 7/32 Allen key. I was fighting all over the toolbox to find the right size tool. Not cool at all.
