Your Yamaha 2024 YZ250F Supercross Build Starts here:
Racing in today’s super motocross takes $100,000+ a year. Now, this figure may seem high, yet to be competitive, that’s what it will take to turn moto into a career. After helping Supercross teams win championships and parting out hundreds of pro-used bikes, we’ve learned what makes a great combination when the manufacturer and sponsor restraint are nonexistent.
Supercross Build List to start:
-
Wheels: Either the lightest or strongest will build for the desired outcome.
-
Weight Reduction: Weve removed 35 pounds off a yz450f 2022 so we can guide ya.
-
Suspension: Even A Kits can be inproved with custom shafts and Inserts
-
Brakes: From Billet Nissin Calipers to Brembo CNC Calipers
Use the same products the pros win with!
The design is 100% up to the buyer’s desire: then built to spec with help from our knowledge team and engineers that guide ya to the best kit for one’s needs.
From building a bike just for the look (Oblivion the Movie) to winning the lites class with JB51 with a longer swingarm, we’ve done it and love the work it takes to do it again!
What’s Included:
- This is a starter kit as to truly build a Works pro bike is $40,000, and yes, we can help with this, yet here is to help one get what’s truly needed as pipes and engine mods are best left to those pros, which we can recommend. Note: with stock engines and exhaust, 450-class riders are still getting top 5 finishes.
- Full Wheelset: Either to lose 5 pounds of rotating mass or build an indestructible design.
- B-kit suspension: Send in ur’s as a core, or we can do complete kits for an additional $3000.
- Brake upgrades: Larger rear master, Titanium pistons, Billet caliper, and Brembo master.
- Titanium and Aluminum: TI is great, yet at half the weight, Aluminum is overlooked on most areas of a dirt bike.
- Drive: The chain and tubes alone can save 5 pounds if that’s the desired outcome.
- Contact patch: TI offset Pegs, Carbon bars, Grip to Graphics weight ratios all considered.
- We’ll be working personally with the best wheel and suspension builders, along with the owner of OEM via call/video.
Feel free to contact for a Suspension tech to dial in your travel needs. Text 951-595-7838 with the exact year and model!
