• Suspension: Even A-Kits can be improved with custom shafts and inserts.

• Brakes: From Billet Nissin Calipers to Brembo CNC Calipers

The design is 100% up to the buyer’s desire (we will make recommendations of course). We then build to spec with engineers and guidance from the top pros in design, performance, and functionality.

From building just for the look (like what we did for the movie Oblivion with Tom Cruise) to winning multiple supercross championships, we’ve done it and love the level of energy it takes to do it again!

What’s Included:

This is a solid starter kit as to build a full Works pro bike is $40,000+ (yes, we can help with that too).  But this will get you what’s truly needed. Other areas like pipes and engine mods are best left to specialists who we can recommend. Note: even with stock engines and exhaust, 450-class riders are still getting top 5 finishes.

1. Full Wheelset: Either to lose 5 pounds of rotating mass or build an indestructible design.
2. B-kit suspension: Send in your suspension as a core and we’ll mod it, or we can do complete kits for an additional $3000.
3. Brake upgrades: Larger rear master, titanium pistons, billet caliper, and Brembo master.
4. Titanium and Aluminum: TI is great, and half the weight… and aluminum is overlooked on most areas of a dirt bike.
5. Drive: The chain and tubes alone can save 5 pounds if that’s the desired outcome.
6. Contact patch: TI offset pegs, carbon bars, grip to graphics weight ratios all considered.
7. You’ll be working personally with the best wheel and suspension builders, along with the owner of OEM via call/video.
