This Complete Yamaha TTR230 B-kit suspension is customized for each rider’s weight, needs, and ability! It will require your Fork And Shock as the Core to complete or just add the options above to have us build a complete set of suspension. After sending in your suspension, we will do the following:
- Build a completely new shock and fork set from the ground up. We will use your tubes as a core if the project scope permits.
- Replace internals with the Works components found on what the best riders in the game use!
- Best fork cartridge for ur riding style
- Larger bladders, pistons, and shafts, along with easier adjustment ability and coatings
- Cast items are replaced with billet where possible.
- Colors of ur choice from all DLC to any color of the Rainbow Ti nitrate.
- PVD, Kashima, and Anodizing are always options!
- A personal set-up (Dialed in as you progress with your B Kit) with Graeme Brough, including as many calls, videos, and questions as needed to reach your bike’s full potential.

- X-trig easy spring sag adj.
- The largest shock shaft available for your ride, example-18 mm over the standard 16mm a-kit that comes on works KYB A-kits
- Triple adjuster for high and low-speed compression and rebound.

1. A-kit suspension
With A-kit costing $9-16,000 that’s for the blank-check performance riders, yet B-kits can offer the same performance when built right!
2. B-kit suspension
Using the A-Kit style body and all of the internals and coatings of An A Kit without the low-production billet CNC Parts KYB, Showa, and WP are able to offer a realistic price.

fe501 with this kit is unmatched, theres a reason every brand is running these now… Stark Varg, Sherco, Beta, TM, Triumph. Why KTM isn’t having this as an option is no bueno.

Its getting hard to find a reliable suspension company that’s not either too busy with race teams or halfway across the world. Once I payed these guys were on it with calls, updates and some really trick suspension sent to me about 4 weeks later! It’s the best upgrade I’ve done on any bike in the last 20 years!
