Product info for this Genuine Keihin OEM Carburetor

  • This is NOT an aftermarket Carburetor; these original carbs can cost upwards of $800 U.S.D. from the Dealer
  • This dirt bike carburetor kit is ready to use on any two-stroke dirt bike and eliminates any wiring issues with a more simplistic bolt-up and ready-to-use carburetor
  • We recommend the new throttle assembly option for older dirt bike models
  • Carburetor intake side boot sizes may vary, and some intakes can get stiff over time, so it is best to heat or replace the rubber mounting for easier installation.
  • The video below shows our Keihin 39mm Replacing a Mikuni TMX.

The Short body on my ktm 150 was a game changer and more adaptable to 1-4k elevation changes with no adjustment needed!

  2. John

Over expensive.. no definite explanation of what you are getting for the massive amount of money, also you can get similar carb and full assembly to go with it for 26 bucks on ebay

    • Boston Morse (store manager)

the internet users get smarter everyday, this isnt a china knock off you can get it for $10 on allibaba then have it leak gas in ur engine and hydro lock like those carbs do but yeah if ur looking for cheap china knock offs then run from this site!

Hello I have a 2012 YZ250. I just purchased it from a person who did a frame off restoration. It has a brand new Lectron 38mm carburetor. I am wanting to go back to a 38mm PWK. On these Yamahas. They runs TPS on their carbs. Ofrect me if I am wrong here. But I’m pretty sure when you unplug them you utilize a less aggressive CDI map. Isn’t that correct? In short would the only way I can get the full CDI potential is to install a 1P8-14101-50-00? I would like to know that answer first. If yes I’d like to know if you have a very mint one for sale. If I am mistaken or there is a way to trick the CDI mapping. I’d like to buy a new authentic 38mm PWK Air Striker and install a screw type adjustable power jet set at 1/2 utilized slide height Kenny Holshouser asked on March 17, 2025

have a new in box yz250 carb in stock, its missing the tps plug so will do it for the normal pwk price and you'll be back to map 2 & the way Yamaha intended the yz250 to run with the all great powerjet.
