What’s included when all upgrade options are selected…
- Gas tank nipple (for the stock gas switch to work properly.)
- Advanced timing TPS sensor (ready to plug into the Suzuki wiring harness; no need to cut the Throttle Position Sensor like thumpertalk.com said to do.)
- New adaptor boots (for an easy install & still use the throttle cover to keep out dirt particles, unlike other kits.)
- Tuned for each order (IMPORTANT: Please include ion the checkout page info such as elevation, bike mods, mileage & riding style.)
- Upgraded float bowl (for the fuel flow at any angle that the bike is leaned: whips, wheelies, off-roading, etc.)
- Correct needle (allows for a smooth power band and the ability to pull endos without stalling the engine.)
- Black Neoprene Keihin hoses (these last 3 times as long as the Keihin Pink hoses stock.)
- Note that this carb will still run great without any upgrade options selected, with a gain of 15% power over the stock option. With all upgrade options selected, there is an additional 13% increase in overall power with perfect throttle response.
- This is also a reverse linkage accelerator pump, so the pump twists as fast as the throttle does.

Great customer service and wow what a great upgrade to my DRZ. Right out of the box this carb ran perfect and what a difference it made. The first twist of the throttle was so much snappier, I knew it was gonna run way better, and it did. Just like Boston told me, don’t listen to the forums about sticking to the FCR 39, I’m sure it’s a great carb but my DRZ has so much more power now and runs flawlessly. If you can afford it, definitely upgrade to the FCR 41. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase!

Best Mod ive done to a bike!
After tuning the stock carb and installing a full system i was happy for what the bike was but heard this carb mod was worth it, well lets just say i cant keep the front end down in first or second. Great work lads!
